Salaam Aliekum Florentine,
First I would like to WELCOME you to our Sisters Forums! Insha-Allah you will find our forums very beneficial.
I am not clear as to whether or not you have reverted to Islam or still interested and studying about this beautiful religion? :?:
 I know you asked specific questions in regard to translations~~Sorry I can offer you no help with this although I am sure other Sisters will be able to provide you some links & information, Insha-Allah.
 Something you said in your post really caught my attention, I would like to take a minute here to address.
You say that you are in correspondence with a male "chat friend"? I have to caution you that the kind of relationship you have describe is not of Islam as we are not to intermingle with persons of the opposite sex who are *marriageable to us.
I've added these descriptions for your understanding:
*Non-Mahram - person of the opposite sex who is marriageable.
*Mahram - person of the opposite sex who is of a close relation and not marriageable.
I'm including an Islamic ruling in these regards to help you to understand the proper Islamic conduct and guidelines concerning mixing between the sexes. Insha-Allah you find this helpful.
Question :
I am a girl who believes in Allah and His Messenger. Is it permissible for me to correspond with a young man through what is known as the “Pen pal corner”?.
Answer :
Praise be to Allaah.
It is not permissible for you to correspond with a young man who is not a mahram(*) for you through what is known as the “Pen pal corner”, because that is something that leads to fitnah (temptation) and to evil and corruption.
And Allaah is the Source of strength.

This may be a help for you as there are many sites on this search to find text translations as well as services available to translate and software to assist you with your needs.
You may also do a search for babel fish, ajeeb and world lingo and find some nice partnering there on those sites for free translations.
Good luck!
