I would like to know what happens if you are invited to a funeral which will be held at the Masjid but you are menstruating??? Are you still not allowed to enter or is allowed like on Eid?

Invited to a funeral? That is strange that there would be an invitation to a funeral.
The funeral prayers require the same things that regular prayers require and a menstrating sister cannot pray. The funeral prayer takes a very short time, less than 2 minutes, and burial is immediately after that.

It seems that I have been a little confused over a Muslims funeral since I am only used to western funerals :?
My husband was trying to explain to me the same thing that you just told me. I wasnt really invited but I was told that the prayer would be held today in the Masjid...so i was just concerned if i could go or not or if its like when u are told about a wedding...that u have to go?...i have just gotten a little confused thats all...
I just found a book that i didnt know I had, it's called Death and Burial of a Muslim...so InshaAllah i will read it since I dont know much about this process.
