Assalamu alaikom
The other night I had some salmon fillets.
Squeezed a tiny bit of lemon on each one then sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning (store bought).
Put on the grill and turned it several times for about 15 minutes til it was done....
Super easy. If you don't have a grill, put them salmon in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray or a touch of oil. Or broil it under the broiler in the oven.
You can really use so many flavors.. best to see what's on hand. Onions, lemon, any herbs you like. You can marinate over night and just cook it on the grill or skillet.

Assalam'alaikum,
The best herb with salmon is dill. Mix a whole bunch of fresh dill with lemon and olive oil. Salt, black pepper. Marinate a few hours. Cook on the barbecue. Yummy!
