im looking for some good rice pudding recipes. i found one online, but it came out a little soupy, (and it was nothing i did ! i followed the directions, and then attempted a second time altering them a little, which made it a little better)

ooops, it's not in that book. and my arabic cookbook is at my neighbor's house.. sorry :cry:

Here is something similar to Rice Pudding
Muhallebi (Milk Pudding)
I have to ask my mum how she makes Rice Pudding as mine never gets good. :roll:
