are all the other girls non muslim? it is common when you are young to find it difficult to fit in with friends - just be confident in who you are - not always easy but insha'Allah your big sister can help and your friends at masjid!!

Maybe ask your parents if you could be homeschooled?

Make an imaginary friend? lol only do that if you want. I am sure there is at least one girl in the school that is sweet and nice. they cant all be evil.
maybe instead of looking for a friend to play with, find a group that is playing and ask if you can play with them. OR, you could bring a really cool thing (special markers, light up balls) and other girls might want you to show them...it could be a way to break the ice.
btw, are you new to the school? first years tend to be hard. i always hated it when we changed schools.

hey lil sis, i know how difficult it is for u but hang in there. the sisters here gave some good advice.
dont waste ur time n efforts trying to make friends or be friendly when all u get in return is bad treatment.
u could make friends at ur masjid instead n bond with them (which is better since they are muslims too) n think of school as a place for education only n try not to focus too much on the 'having friends' side at school -- im saying that coz of all the things u have told me. anyway, ur a bright person so concentrate on ur studies for now
i really wish i could do something but u know already u always have me i cant always be with u but whenever i come over we have fun, right? inshAllah cant wait til i next come, plan something nice for me btw i got u some treats
ur always in my duas, kisses+cuddles xxx

Oh, my, I never knew a sister here was younger than me!! Oh, how I miss being the youngest here! I'm 11!!
Anyhow, hon, try and make friends with someone who you think looks like a nice and friendly person. If they are evil then target another person, and don't give up til you find a true friend!!
Obviously, there could've been some mistake there. There could've been something really urgent, and that's maybe why your friend couldn't play with you during lunch break. And when you were asking for the ruler, maybe they pushed you off by mistake! But of course, maybe they didn't and that's very bad indeed.
Also, the wonderful little quote sis naturedelight09 shared is absolutely awesome!

True friends are like rare gems or roses in a garden- they are hard to find but beautiful when you find them!
You'll meet a lot of people in life who harm you or benefit you. But it's YOUR choice how you react to them.
You can either get sad or feel sorry or you can get up and do something fun and take control of your life and situation.
Some ideas: hang out with a teacher at lunch by playing games or helping in the classroom, play more group things at recess and it doesn't have to be with the girls who you already know, read a nice book in the library, etc....
Most of all, remember the Highest of Companionship- of Allah (swt). If He is your friend, the entire world doesn't matter..
If Allah loves you, remember, He will put love and mercy in the hearts of people towards you. (we know this from an authentic hadith- maybe someone can post it here) So aim to get His love and the rest is........history
take care! and remember, you are an awesome girl!

sister if they make fun of you then they are missing out. you would be a great friend. but maybe they are not worth it. if they are mean, then that is their decision.
did you talk to your parents about it? is it really EVERYONE like the students, the teachers, the janitors, even that tiny kid in kindergarden????? sister, dont let shaitan make you think this way. if you cant find someone, then that is ok too. being a loner doesnt mean being miserable. when i was young and i had no one to play with in grade 1, I would cry first. but as I grew up and if i did not have anyone to play with (ie. the girl i usually played with wanted to play with some boys), i just did something else (i dont remember, probably played with myself). i still wished for a true friend and i finally had one in high school.
sister zahra is right: true friends are hard to find, but when you find one, its beautiful.
