Selemz sisters,
I usually don't eat breakfast in the morning or I hardly eat at all. Do you have any quick good recipes for breakfats. Like simple and easy with ingredients that I already have at home like eggs, floor, milk ect.
Thank you

Salaam Aliekum Sister beautysmile,
NO BREAKFAST???! It's the MOST IMPORTANT meal of your day Sister!
Try to eat something, even if it is a bowl of yogurt, or some fruit...juice? Anything to give you energy to start your day.
Insha-Allah I will search for some easy breakfast recipes. Take a peek in the breakfast section of this forum because I am sure there are a few there as well!
Hugz,

Salam Alaikum:
The quickest breakfast that I can think of (by the way, arent all breakfast, "quick"?) is bread. Anything bread:
1) Bread toast
2) Bread with spread (butter/ peanut butter/ jam, etc)
Or you can wake up and boil eggs while you make salah and getready. When you are done, eat the boiled eggs. (You can also boil eggs before you sleep).
Another option is to eat cereal. That is very quick to.
Or, you can buy some nice mini cereal bars and eat them on the go.
Uhmm... How about cookies??
All the best!
Love,
Bubbles

[i]Asalaam Alaikum Sister-
You can get lots of freshly prepared cakes/muffins/ for breakfast so you dont really have to spend all morning cokking but here are a few recipes if you wish.
 Fabulous Scrambled Eggs
[b]
1/4 lb. Cheese cubed
8 oz. mushrooms sliced
1 large onion chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
8 large eggs
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mixed Herbs or Tarragon
[b]Sauté chopped onion in large nonstick skillet in 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine until the onion is soft.
Next, add the bell pepper and sauté until it is bright green and sweet. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté them until they start to give up their juices.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl with pepper and the Fines Herbs or the Tarragon.
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
Add the cubed cheese and cook and stir until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked.
[u] serve with toast/or on its own
 [u]Pancakes
[b]2 eggs
2 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
[b] 1 Place the eggs, sugar, flour and milk into the container of a blender. Process until smooth on low speed. /or you can do the mixing by hand-it wont take long at all
2 Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour batter about 1/4 cup at a time (or more for larger pancakes). Tilt pan to achieve a round shape. Heat until golden, then flip and brown on the other side. Serve immediately with syrup, or fresh berries and whipped cream.
[i] I prefer my pancakes wth lemon juice and sugar

Here's a fast, easy, low carb breakfast..
1 slice smoked salmon
1 slice swiss cheese
1 t mayonnaise
1 t dijon mustard
1 leaf lettuce
Mix mayonnaise and mustard together in a little cup or bowl. Lay the lettuce leaf on your plate and put the slice of smoked salmon on it. Then spread the mayo/mustard mixture onto the salmon. Put the cheese on top. Roll it up. Eat.
