I`m from small city were almost everybody are muslims, but only few of them are practising islam,so I was like they too.Alhamdoulilah I meet my husband and he talk about islam almost all the time.During the war (I`m from kosovo)I start to pray to Allah, but in my own way.In may praying I also promise that If I will be alive I will start to pray in the right way.So I keep my promise and I start to read and read......and start praying.
A day after I was married I start to wearing the hijab. It was a BIG shock for everyone in my city.In the begining I was having a problem with my husband family about wearing the hijab, but they realise that I won`t stop wearing tha hijab. Now I`m happy and very thankful to Allah that he open my heart and now I`m in the right way-Islam way-

asalamu alaikum,
i have very proud of you and know how hard it was to take the first step. Keep it up and keep strong in your Iman (emaan). I am happy that you found a husband who wants the same thing as you. This is very difficult.

Mirėdita, motra ime (spelling is not right, probably...)
I know how hard it can be for you by being Albanian and practising muslim... I know some bosnian sisters in your situation, actually... I am Norwegian, i came to islam when i was 18 yrs old, almost 11 years ago now, alhamdulillah. I had the struggle with the hijab and family and all that, much like you do, but Alhamdulillah, it makes us stronger!
