Asalaamu Aleikoom wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatu,
I've been having a real issue lately with energy. I have none. In fact, I can't remember having any energy for quite a long time now. It affects my work and my ability to do anything, and I have a lot of trouble staying awake at school, even if I have gotten a good sleep and had a good breakfast.
I am healthy, as I have been tested many times and nothing has come up. My blood tests came back normal. Iron seems fine. No thyroid problems.
So, I am wondering, are there any ways, perhaps something I can do, eat, or drink, to get my energy up and keep me going strong throughout the day?
Thanks,
poise

Asalaamu'alaikum
sis i had the same problem while i was in school. although my problem was iron.
maybe it is ur slyping habits that affect you during the day or even at night.
i'm sur u have heard the hadith of the prophet SAW that shaitaan ties 3 knots in our hair at night. so when you wake up remember Allah, do wudhu and pray 2 rakah and all 3 knots becum untied. Insh'Allah this will make u more happy, energetic and active during the day.
there is a talk by Muhammed al Sharief on the slyping habits of the Prophet SAW, which is really good and has lots of advise.
hope that helps.

Salam,
You may want to start to take B vitamins. They really help.

Salam Sister,
Perhaps you find your daily activities too boring and redundant. Or perhaps you are depressed.
Try to change your environment and do something different. See how you would feel after that
