Yellow fruits are rich in Vitamin C
The pulp of the yellow fruits is a good source of bioflavonoids, which can help neutralise cancer-causing substances. Eat a lot of bananas,pineapples, melons etc.
Red fruits contain vitamin A
They contains beta carotene, the plant version of vitamin A. The redder the fruit the higher the level of beta carotene. Watermelons, raspberries, strawberries etc
Green fruits are good for ur heart
They contain a chamichal that protects u against heart attack. They also protect against bacteria, thus reducing the risc of food poisoning and tumour and are good to soothe the nerves. Eat avocados, green grapes, green apples, kiwi etc
Orange friuts keep u fresh and active
They are rich in beta carotene which makes one energetic all day long. Eats a lot of mangoes and orange etc.

im feelin a bit sniffly lol i think i gotta a cold soo im gonna try to eat lots of fruit especially oranges which help protect u against viruses i think lol
