As-salaam aleikum,
My husband married a second wife (a christian woman) a year ago. A week ago it happened so, the other wife wanted to leave him because it causes too much problems for all of us. So my husband said for her front of my eyes three times I divorce you, i divorce you, i divorce you. The next day he said to her i back you as my wife. As far as I know he has no right to back her before she marries somebody else between. Any opinions? Fatwas?

Why don't you post this question on the islamic ruling section?
It would be the best place for fatwas.. especially that the divorce words three times at a time is a little confusing and depends on the husband's intention.
